We understand that plans can change.
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing it.

How to cancel

To request a cancellation, please contact our support team within 24 hours with the following information:

• Your full name

• Order number

• Email address used at checkout

Important notes

• After 24 hours, your order will already be processed by our warehouse and can no longer be cancelled.

• If the order has already been shipped, you may still return it in accordance with our Return Policy.

• Refunds for approved cancellations are issued to the original payment method.
